Well, we’re gearing up for another opening.  THE TURN OF THE SCREW opens in about two and a half weeks. The play is in great shape. I watched a run this weekend and we could have an audience at the end of this week.  It is making me think that we should start having VERY short rehearsal processes…two weeks and then tech…it would sure make it easier to make ends meet.  The eternal NFP Theatre problem…making ends meet.  I put in a couple of grants to try and raise seed money for the first year salary for a Director of Development…we’ll see how that goes, but we need to have things happen earlier here. I’m planning on settling on the 08/09 season by the end of November so that we can start our process of budgeting and planning reasonably ahead of time. So much to do! Give a call if you want to talk.
